Layers 1 and 2 are accessible to anyone who scans your QR code — designed for first responders and emergency situations. The INFOKEY VAULT (Layer 3) is protected by your INFOKEY CODE, which only you control and share with trusted people.

A 6-digit numeric code (formatted as 123-456) that you create yourself. It's never printed on your tag, never stored publicly, and never shared without your explicit consent. Only people you personally give the code to can access your VAULT.

Yes. Your profile data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell, share, or analyse your personal information. Your INFOKEY CODE is never transmitted in plain text.

Layer 1 and 2 contain only information you've chosen to make accessible in an emergency. Your VAULT remains protected by your code regardless. You can update or remove information from your profile at any time through My INFOKEY Profile.

INFOKEY Tag and Card are available in Steel, Black, and Gold. The INFOKEY Band is available in Black, Stone, and Navy.

The INFOKEY Tag and Card are made from stainless steel — scratch-resistant, waterproof, and built to last. The QR code is laser-etched, not printed, so it won't fade.

Your profile and VAULT data are stored in your INFOKEY account — not on the tag itself. If you lose your tag, order a replacement and your profile links automatically. You can also deactivate a lost tag from My INFOKEY Profile.

When your INFOKEY arrives, scan the tag or visit infokey.io/setup. The onboarding flow guides you through each layer in about 5 minutes.

Yes. Log in to My INFOKEY Profile at any time to update any layer — emergency contacts, medications, VAULT contents, or your INFOKEY CODE.

You can reset your INFOKEY CODE from My INFOKEY Profile after verifying your identity. Anyone you had previously shared the old code with would need the new one.
